Existing Tenants - when you have a problem with your property

Please refer to our Emergency Procedure for maintenance issues included in your property file given to you when you moved into your property.  This will include contact numbers and what is defined as an emergency. 

NO ELECTRIC OR HEATING?  If you have a prepayment meter, please check you have credit first and if you have recently run out of gas, check you have performed the correct procedure for starting your boiler again.  If your meter says OFF contact your utlity supplier.
