Our dedicated Rental Team has been letting properties for over a decade and pride themselves on the level of service they provide. They will be pleased to discuss your requirements and will help with every step of the renting process.
We work closely with various local Housing Charities and offer assistance with anyone who needs it with regard to completion of paperwork and sourcing of furniture and white goods, etc.
As well as organising the required tenancy paperwork our rental team will also undertake the following
Maintenance
Our properties are regularly re-decorated before new tenants move in and we have an experienced maintenance team on hand to resolve any maintenance issues. We also provide the following;
Pastoral Care Worker
We also have a Pastoral Care Worker who provides assistance and a friendly ear as and when required.

As well as organising the required tenancy paperwork our rental team will also undertake the following
- Transfer utility providers at the start and end of each tenancy
- Log all Deposits under the Deposit Protection Scheme
- Arrange all repairs and maintenance, generally in-house by our own maintenance team (see below)
- Provide a key holding service
Maintenance
Our properties are regularly re-decorated before new tenants move in and we have an experienced maintenance team on hand to resolve any maintenance issues. We also provide the following;
- Provide a 24 hour emergency telephone number to all tenants
- Six monthly Inspections of all properties
- Annual Inspection of all boilers
- Five yearly Electrical Installation Condition Reports
